Below are links to public
documents that give insight into the Advisory Panel to the Oregon Health
Division (OHD) when we were considering adding new conditions to the Oregon
Medical Marijuana Act (ORS 475.300 to 475.346).
I placed available copies of these public documents on the Internet to
facilitate education and discussion.
More documents will become available, especially the worksheets from
other panel members to explain how we reached our recommendations. When these
are available, I will post them until the public documents indeed become
“public”. In addition, by offering
public Internet access to these documents, there may be less need to request
hard copies from the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act (OMMA) Program Manager.
Oregon patients’ permit fees support the cost of administering the OMMA and the
Oregon legislature has refused to fund the administration of OMMA. With that in
mind, please feel free to download, distribute, and print these public
documents as you wish as an alternative to getting hard copies from OHD.
